Jo has been taking part in agility for over 7 years with her dog Ruby, taking her up to grade 7 & champ. She is moving through the middle grades with her young dog this year so is in touch with the needs of people new to competing.

Jo is a qualified KC agility judge, has completed a number of voluntary CPD courses & is DBS checked. Jo regularly attends training sessions with some of the UK's top trainers & team GB members.

Her most recent qualification was in April 2024 where she achieved the highest grade of First Class on the Agility Club Instructors Training Course.

Jo is also a member of the Kennel Club’s Agility Liaison Committee & heads up the Equipment Panel. As a result her knowledge of agility is not only up to date but always improving.

Jo currently offers individual coaching in Farnham for people looking move through the grades in competitive agility or give the sport a try. She also has indoor group classes for all abilities in Effingham, Surrey.

Alongside her own workshops she also holds regular guest training days with actively competing high quality trainers like Ian Armstrong, Steph Best, Lisa Jordan & Iain Patz. Topics include weave workshops, distance handling skills, course running, contacts sessions & confidence building steeplechase sessions.
